PT Pros provides area employers and industry with WorkSTEPS post- offer testing for potential employees.
The Worksteps test measures the potential employees' musculoskeletal strength and motion as well as evaluates the physical and/or neurological signs for common cumulative trauma. The essential job tasks are assessed by an on-site evaluation completed by the physical therapist so they can development job specific tests that are ADA compliant.
In addition, the physical therapist will look for any pre-existing impairments that might prohibit the employee from functioning at a safe capacity. With our test results, employers can correctly match potential employees to specific lifting and functional activities based on critical job demands.

Workwell
WorkWell Systems is focused on improving the availability of workforce throughout the entire cycle of employment. WorkWell provides testing to match the workers’ physical abilities to the duties of the job—and keeping the worker at work following hire.
PT Pros currently participates in a national contract with the WorkWell Systems. We provide Post Offer Physical Abilities Evaluation as a component of the Schwan’s hiring process. The test has been pre-established to adequately test the duties of the job of the applicant.
